Job Summary
The Food Expeditor ensures that every order leaving the kitchen is accurate and timely, connecting the kitchen to runners to uphold Torchy's quality. Responsibilities include verifying tickets and modifications for order accuracy, recording and communicating ticket times, coordinating allergy or complicated tickets with a manager, portioning and labeling prep items (salsas), setting up and breaking down stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and preparing chips and dips in ticket order to preserve freshness and quality.
Required Qualifications
- State and local Food Handler’s certification required by first day
