Food Expo

Plate and build food orders ready to send to table. Prepare custom menu items including in-house sauces, marinades, wood-grilled wings, hand-cut steaks, and fresh seafood. Assist guests with the scratch kitchen, shareables, and signature "Tableside Nachos Your Way." Serve over 26 beers and craft cocktails while managing the 26-foot screen and dozens of televisions for sporting events. Support the 40+ arcade games and family entertainment experience. High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old with ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Basic computer knowledge and food handling experience necessary.
