Job Summary
Food expeditor duties at The Ambassador Hotel include prioritizing food timing with cooks for room service and delivery orders, controlling the volume flow to ensure guest experiences, packaging food for delivery and room service, and managing inventory and disposables. The role requires familiarity with Food & Beverage delivery practices, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and at least 6 months of lead bartender or supervisor experience. Compensation starts at $18 per hour and includes AM/PM shifts, health benefits, a 401k plan, uniforms and paid training, plus provided meals.
