Job Summary
Call out orders to chefs, prepare dishes for delivery, and ensure every team member receives the correct tickets. Monitor the quality of all served dishes, make final preparations, and assist the food and beverage team where needed. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen serving up to 500 guests per meal while maintaining rigorous food, health, and safety regulations. Jump in the line to assist with prep when necessary. This 50+ hours/week, OT-eligible role requires standing throughout the day and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as food expeditor, or in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Flexible working availability including weekends and holidays
