Food/Drink Runner Elmhurst

Ensure efficient flow of food and drink orders from wait staff to the kitchen, check receipts, and assemble orders for guests. Deliver food and drinks quickly to customers while verifying accuracy, presentation, and temperature before handoff. Assist in final plating by adding condiments or toppings, alert management to quality issues or delays, and communicate special requests to kitchen and wait staff. Keep the Runner/Expo area clean and stocked, eliminate service obstacles, and maintain safe, sanitized working conditions. Handle customer complaints to preserve the restaurant's reputation. Perform opening/closing duties, on-shift maintenance, and organize to-go orders as assigned.
