Food Demo Contractor for Restaurant Depot: demonstrate and sell products, educate customers on product attributes, pricing, and in-store locations; perform demos lasting four hours with one hour setup and ~30 minutes breakdown, plus merchandising tasks (4 hours) with a separate $150 merchandising flat rate for each 4-hour block. Complete a demo recap in Excel and coordinate with department managers for product displays. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering product questions, setting up displays, using Demonstration POS, serving samples, and maintaining a clean, professional work environment.
