Food Court Utility Person

Job Summary
Aids Food Court operations by keeping all areas well-stocked and clean. Responsibilities include cleaning the seating area and tables for customers, sweeping floors, breaking down boxes, taking out trash, ensuring floors are swept and mopped before shift change, stocking dry storage, coolers and freezers, rotating and dating consumables, and communicating product shortages to the shift supervisor. Adheres to food safety policies, follows waste documentation procedures, and maintains asset protection and department safety standards in coordination with the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission and the National Indian Gaming Commission. Maintains professional attire, teamwork, punctuality, confidentiality, and participates in required trainings and meetings. Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds, long periods of standing/walking, and ability to handle temperature variations. Preference for Meskwaki Nation and other Native American applicants. The role is Full-Time with a shift differential and benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license in accordance to the regulations established by the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission
- Knowledge/Education/Work Experiences: Must be able to read and understand written policies, procedures, etc.
- Skills/Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with other members of the staff
- Must be able to handle busy and stressful situations
- Must be flexible with shift and days off
- Must be able to meet all non-supervisory training and education requirements
Additional Requirements
- This position is PROHIBITED from playing all casino games while on duty, except as authorized for employee tournaments. Otherwise, this position may play any casino game while off duty.
