Job Summary
Provide helpful guest service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Assist guests with orders, recommend menu items, and ensure they leave happy while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare and serve delicious food court offerings including Caribou coffee, pizza, and popcorn, adhering to strict food safety standards. Keep the area clean and stocked by updating logs, organizing supplies, and maintaining sanitary workspaces. Stay safe and efficient by following protocols, handling equipment like fryers and ovens, and managing temperature controls. Work in a team environment supporting fellow associates in a restaurant-style setting. Perform other duties as needed and ensure regular, timely attendance with adequate notice for absences.
Required Qualifications
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast food or restaurant retail grocery environment, multitask, and maintain efficiency
- Comfort handling food service equipment like dishwashers, fryers, woks, and ovens
- Willingness to be cross-trained in different food court areas
- Must be able to handle working at fast speeds
- Lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Full range of upper body motion
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
