Job Summary
Oversee food court operations within a casino environment, aiming for profitable operation and optimal guest satisfaction. Manage and supervise staff on food handling, cash handling, and safety rules; coach, train, and mentor supervisors to Enterprise standards; foster teamwork and maintain dependable attendance. Directly supervise multiple employees and ensure adherence to policies and applicable laws; responsible for cash accuracy and basic math related to POS transactions and inventory; maintain knowledge of Enterprise Policies and regulatory requirements; ensure guest service excellence and strong communication with guests and team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant operation required
