Job Summary

Lead, direct, and assist BSU Dining staff to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, food quality, service, and safety; supervise compliance with HACCP, Indiana Food Code, and BSU policies; manage training, inventory, promotions, and concept/recipe development; perform cashiering and support menu development and non-routine food services; ensure staffing and operational efficiency while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Two (2) years of direct or related work experience in food service
  • Must be able to read and comprehend all specified policies and procedures
  • You must be 18 years or older

Additional Requirements

  • Must have authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
