Job Summary
Lead, direct, and assist BSU Dining staff to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, food quality, service, and safety; supervise compliance with HACCP, Indiana Food Code, and BSU policies; manage training, inventory, promotions, and concept/recipe development; perform cashiering and support menu development and non-routine food services; ensure staffing and operational efficiency while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Two (2) years of direct or related work experience in food service
- Must be able to read and comprehend all specified policies and procedures
- You must be 18 years or older
