Job Summary
Ensure all food operational execution follows store protocols to maximize sales and reduce waste. Train, teach, and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service. Be the go-to person for employees regarding food products and services, and plan and execute food sampling for staff and customers. Conduct in-store training for operation teams on new Foodservice programs, including refresher activities as needed. Keep foodservice areas stocked using FIFO rotation and display items per the Planogram. Monitor shrink while improving sales to maximize foodservice profit, and order products to prevent out-of-stocks. Conduct needs analysis and provide recommended actions based on BUQAS visits. Operate within budgeted expectations. Full-time role with a salary range of $19.04 to $21.28. High school diploma and ServSafe certification required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalate
- Minimum 2 years experience working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail and/or Foodservice industry
- Food Manager Certification
- Approved certifications include ServSafe and NRFSP
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- French skills in Quebec Provinces
- Customer service-oriented / excellent customer service skills
- Consistently delivering within deadlines
- Communicates effectively (written and oral) with customers, management, associates, and vendors
- Leading or supervisory experience desired
