Job Summary
Conduct daily food operational execution to maximize sales and reduce waste while ensuring all procedures are followed. Train, teach, and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service. Act as the go-to person for employees regarding food products and services, and plan and execute food sampling for both staff and customers. Lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs and conduct refresher activities as needed. Monitor shrink to improve foodservice profit, ensure FIFO rotation, and maintain planogram compliance. Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver Foodservice training programs and conduct needs analysis based on visits. Operate within budgeted expectations with a minimum of two years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail or Foodservice.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalate
- Minimum 2 years experience working in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail and/or Foodservice industry
- Food Manager Certification
- Approved certifications include ServSafe and NRFSP
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Customer service-oriented / excellent customer service skills
- Consistently delivering within deadlines
- Communicates effectively (written and oral) with customers, management, associates, and vendors
- Shift Availability Days (Weekdays Only)
- Time Type Full time
Desired Qualifications
- Education/instructional, or equivalent retail training experience
- Leading or supervisory experience
- French skills in Quebec Provinces
