Job Summary

Food & Beverages Executive role overseeing high-volume dining operations in a base kitchen/catering environment. Responsibilities include managing pantry and cafeteria operations, inventory control, equipment maintenance, hygiene audits, sanitation records, and compliance with government standards; coordinating and negotiating catering services for events; evaluating processes, developing policies and procedures, and driving food safety, quality, portion control, and presentation. Requires deep experience with base kitchens, strong vendor management, menu reviews, and balancing cost with service quality while fostering teamwork and discipline in fast-paced kitchen environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant and relevant experience in handling base kitchens
  • Vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of catering elements including supplies, equipment, services ordering and inventory control
  • Experience evaluating processes and developing new policies/procedures
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage hygiene audits and government documentation
  • Ability to plan and manage catering events and client negotiations
  • Strong discipline and teamwork to handle rapid-fire kitchen operations
