Job Summary
Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events by preparing tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift. Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service, handling requests, and applying service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets. Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards while collaborating to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions, and provide feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage
