Job Summary
Food & Beverage Waitperson responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests, upselling and identifying revenue opportunities, maintaining extensive knowledge of food and beverages, and delivering a professional, friendly guest experience in a 4-5 star environment. Responsibilities include assisting in service, supporting development of F&B products and services, answering guest requests, resolving issues, liaising with other departments for seamless information transfer, adhering to company policies, and performing any other reasonable tasks requested by management. Prior 4-5 star hospitality experience is preferred; benefits include subsidised staff accommodation, meals on duty, staff discounts, training and development opportunities, and share of gratuities/service charges.
