Job Summary
Assist customers with outstanding service, operate cash registers, and balance daily drawers while ensuring proper food temperatures. Clean dining areas, wash dishes, and manage condiment stations. Pick up dishes, utensils, and trash throughout the facility. Unload food and supplies from trucks and place them in designated storage areas. Alert management immediately for suspicious individuals, intoxicated persons, or cash drawer discrepancies. Perform additional tasks assigned by management. Must be at least 16 years old, able to work weekends, nights, and holidays, and lift 40 pounds waist high.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to enter information on computers
- Must comply with safety and health code standards
- Good personal hygiene
- Must wear proper uniform
Desired Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience with general preferred
