Job Summary
As our next Food & Beverage Team Member, you will deliver consistent and memorable service to guests across Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events; welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner; maintain cleanliness of work areas; follow departmental and company policies; comply with safety regulations; stay courteous at all times; work effectively in teams or independently; and demonstrate a positive attitude, good communication, and excellent grooming standards. The role emphasizes delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment with opportunities for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Cash handling experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations advantageous
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends
