Food & Beverage Team Leader - Fort Worth, TX

Lead the Food & Beverage team at Target in Fort Worth to deliver a consistent guest experience through strong leadership, staffing and coaching of hourly team members, and execution of Food & Beverage standards. Responsibilities include planning daily/weekly workloads to meet department and store sales goals, maintaining inventory accuracy and food safety, training and developing team members, handling merchandising and promotions, collaborating with vendors to ensure product availability, and supporting roles such as back-up cashier and Drive-Up/OPU duties. Requires strong communication, ability to work a variable schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and adherence to brand standards and safety policies; prior retail/food experience is preferred but not required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
