Job Summary
Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership for sales, costs, guest service, food quality, and sanitation. Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, weekly ordering, and interviewing. Manage inventory, cash handling, and receipt reconciliation while ensuring all food and products meet Geronimo Hospitality standards. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, fill in operational gaps, and develop staff in managerial areas. Prepare required paperwork, reports, and schedules. Fully comply with federal, state, and local health, safety, and labor regulations. Requires Food Manager Certification, at least one year of front-of-house experience, and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of professionalism
- Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions
- Possess excellent basic math skills
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Food Manager Certification
- U.S. Work Authorization
- Must be at least 19 years of age
