Job Summary
Oversee all food and beverage operations within the youth sports complex, ensuring high-quality service, product consistency, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage employee performance during shifts, resolve customer complaints, and conduct training for new staff and on-the-spot coaching for existing team members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while controlling inventory, handling cash transactions, and preparing nightly reports. Communicate with management regarding operational concerns and opportunities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of food service experience with at least one year in a supervisory role, and flexibility to work standard hours and swing shifts. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in fast-paced indoor or outdoor settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
- 2+ years of experience in food service or hospitality
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Ability to work standard hours

- Basic proficiency with POS systems
