Job Summary
Manage all food and beverage production aspects by coordinating with production supervisors, enforcing health regulations, and ensuring 100% compliance with event standards. Oversee daily operations including opening/closing processes, inventory controls, stockroom management, and third-party vendor communications to deliver a seamless passenger experience. Lead staff training, maintain employee morale, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage area while adhering to safety protocols. Work in a fast-paced environment aboard a moving train with varying schedules, evenings, and weekends.
