Job Summary
Supervises service across Champions Bar, main dining room, and banquets; coordinates banquets and in-house events with Catering; provides floor supervision during service; directs overall F&B and Banquet operations; maintains guest satisfaction and member interactions; manages reservations via e-mail/phone and website updates; enforces Olympic Club standards, safety, and alcohol-service policies; conducts pre-shift meetings and staff training; expedites food to monitor consistency and timeliness; utilizes Northstar POS for menu revisions; requires regular attendance and adherence to club policies; background check and pre-employment drug testing are required; bilingual Spanish or Tagalog skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate should have a passion for creating outstanding guest service experience and be able to ensure that all member requests and expectations are met and exceeded daily.
- Candidates must be able to work proactively and anticipate service needs well as function team player.
- Candidate also must be able to think clearly, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner, while exercising good judgment in all situations.
- Additionally, the candidate should have strong computer skills, including Northstar POS, Excel and Outlook and have the ability and knowledge to update the Club website.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory/management experience in a hospitality environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and be a team player
- Strong computer skills including Northstar POS, Excel, and Outlook
- Spanish or Tagalog language skills are a plus
