Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for all F&B outlets including Terras, Lounge, In-Room Dining, Pools, and Seed Café. Uphold brand standards for quality, presentation, and guest service across all venues while supervising team members during service. Conduct twice-daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and resolve guest concerns in real-time. Monitor break compliance, manage ordering and inventory levels, and assist in training new hires. Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed per local and brand regulations. Requires minimum 2 years supervisory experience in high-volume or luxury F&B, strong leadership skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume or luxury F&B environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
