Job Summary
Deliver attentive, personalised service throughout the guest dining experience in The Dining Room restaurant and Harvey's Bar. Anticipate and respond to special requests professionally while actively upselling menu items including starters, desserts, and beverages. Assist with the cleanliness and organisation of all working areas and participate in training to develop strong menu knowledge for confident guest guidance. Maintain a well-presented appearance in full uniform and interact professionally with management, colleagues, and guests. Own transport due to the Seaham Hall location. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality (restaurant and/or bar)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring 5-star service standards are met
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Simphony EPOS
- The ability to interact professionally with management, colleagues, and guests
- A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
- A well-presented appearance, representing the brand at all times
- Own transport due to location
- Must be available for weekends and bank holidays
- Attend work consistently well-groomed and in full uniform
