Job Summary
Supervise the restaurant service period, greet guests, and ensure service excellence across the food and beverage experience. May assist with bar operations, build relationships with guests to enable future bookings, and lead team-building activities. Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and maintained clean at all times, and supervise the F&B team in completing operational tasks. Leverage leadership to empower team growth within a fast-paced hospitality environment and participate in Marriott International’s training and development programs. RSA certified with relevant hospitality management experience and working rights in Australia.
