Job Summary
Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring first quality service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. Monitor and follow up on all servers' cash overages and shortages, and assist in preparing staff schedules according to business forecast to maintain wage control standards. Maintain service standards throughout the department using quality control instruments and coaching sessions, and immediately follow up on accidents, problems, or guest complaints. Initiate and promote sales efforts for all service personnel while developing promotional ideas and planning monthly department meetings. Perform any other duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
