Job Summary
Spooky Nook Sports is seeking a Part-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage concession operations at the largest indoor sports complex in North America. Responsibilities include supervising Food & Beverage staff, coordinating cash handling and POS transactions, ensuring adherence to SOPs, inventory management, and delivering exceptional guest service throughout events. The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience in concessions or food & beverage, availability on evenings/weekends/holidays, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in concessions or food & beverage
- 18 years of age or older
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Familiarity with global operational function of an entertainment venue
- Thorough understanding of inventory management
- Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
