Job Summary
Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve sales, cost, and guest service objectives. Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, weekly ordering, and interviewing candidates. Ensure all food and products are served according to standards while responding to guest inquiries and complaints. Control cash and receipts by adhering to reconciliation procedures. Schedule labor based on anticipated business activity and prepare required paperwork. Fully comply with federal, state, and municipal health, safety, and labor regulations. Maintain a positive, productive working environment through continuous staff development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of professionalism
- Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions
- Possess excellent basic math skills
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Food Manager Certification
- U.S. Work Authorization
