Food & Beverage Supervisor

Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for ensuring staff teamwork to deliver optimum service, inspecting grooming and attire, completing opening/closing duties, inventory and stock requisition, maintaining dining-room safety and guest well-being, and supporting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff. Will coach employees, uphold safety and security policies, protect company assets, and foster positive working relationships. Requires clear, professional communication, adherence to quality standards, and ability to stand and move for extended periods; ability to perform duties with physical tasks and routine maintenance. Preferred background includes a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years related experience, and at least 1 year supervisory experience.
