Job Summary
Oversee the hotel’s Food & Beverage department in collaboration with the F&B Manager/Director; supervise and coordinate F&B operations across outlets, banquet service, and kitchen/FOH and BOH, ensuring compliance with recipes, standards, sanitation, and cost/production targets. Manage shifts and workforce needs, analyze forecast data for payroll and production control, maintain quality guest experience, and ensure certifications and regulatory requirements are met. Proficient with brand PMS and POS systems and capable of rehearsing financial data and operational metrics to uphold service quality and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies
- Food Handlers
- Alcohol Awareness
- CPR and First Aid
