Food & Beverage Supervisor

Assist with training, coaching, mentoring, and scheduling while supporting restaurant and room service staff to ensure attentive, efficient guest service. Proactively engage with guests to gather feedback and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues or complaints. Monitor food and beverage deliveries for portion control and quality, verify that food handling and safety guidelines are followed, and oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving. Ensure key and cash control procedures are met and collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals. Requires a Food Handler's Permit and Alcohol Server's Permit, strong communication skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
