Job Summary
Lead daily outlet operations at Sushi Sushi outlet at Sunshine Coast University Hospital; manage a hands-on, high-volume hospitality team; ensure food safety, high-quality presentation, and adherence to opening/closing procedures; drive upselling and product availability; support rostering and labour optimisation; deliver exceptional customer service and coach/develop team members; oversee onboarding and training; address performance and behaviour concerns; hours Monday to Friday 7:30am–3:00pm; prerequisites include work rights check and reference checks.
Required Qualifications
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

- Asian cuisine experience desirable
