Food & Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee hotel F&B operations: monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas; ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and guest service standards; assist the Manager with staff attendance, scheduling, and breaks; inspect setup and order accuracy; ensure timely delivery of all orders; assist in taking guests' orders as needed; maintain department logs and complete closing duties; coordinate with the Manager and on-coming Supervisor on follow-ups; emphasize customer service and professional communication to uphold department standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Prefer 1-2 years experience in an F&B related role
- Micros and Delphi knowledge is useful, but not required
- Must have a good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards
