Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work as a team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas with FIFO protocols. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
