Food & Beverage Supervisor

Conduct opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing areas. Inspect storage for organization, FIFO compliance, and cleanliness; complete scheduled inventories and stock necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. Ensure staff grooming, attire, and uniform standards meet company policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Perform maintenance work orders and adhere to safety and security procedures. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
