Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff operates as a cohesive team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO principles. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety, while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. Follow all company safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. Welcome guests according to standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings. Read and visually verify information in various formats; visually inspect tools and equipment for defects. Perform duties requiring extended standing or walking, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and moving through narrow or elevated spaces.
