Food & Beverage Supervisor

Conduct opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing areas. Inspect staff grooming and attire, monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest safety, and complete scheduled inventories. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. Ensure adherence to quality standards, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
