Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff collaborate for optimum service and guest needs are met by inspecting grooming, attire, and storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and conducting scheduled inventories. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest safety while addressing service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions immediately and complete required safety certifications. Welcome all guests according to company standards, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
