Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work as a team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being, while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees, serving as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and welcome guests according to company standards. Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
