Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work as a team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest well-being while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. Welcome guests according to standards, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
