Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff collaborate for optimum service and meet guest needs while inspecting grooming, attire, and storage organization. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and monitoring dining rooms for safety and seating availability. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees, serving as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Identify and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings. Read and verify information in various formats and visually inspect tools and equipment for defects.
