Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work as a cohesive team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest safety, while completing maintenance work orders. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Welcome guests according to company standards, address service needs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Follow all safety policies, complete required training, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Located at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel in Montreal, this full-time non-management role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating confined spaces. A high school diploma and at least two years of related work experience are preferred.
