Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff collaborate for optimum service and guest needs are met. Inspect grooming, attire, storage organization, and FIFO compliance. Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and inventory. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Complete maintenance work orders and stock necessary supplies. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees while serving as a role model. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain positive team relationships. Identify and implement new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-savings.
