Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff collaborate for optimum service and meet guest needs. Inspect grooming, attire, and storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and managing inventories. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees. Perform maintenance work orders and follow all safety policies. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional relationships. Identify and implement methods to increase efficiency and cost-savings.
