Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work together as a team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest safety; complete work orders for maintenance repairs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as a role model for the Open Door Policy. Follow company safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and identify ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
