Ensure staff collaborate for optimum service and meet guest needs by inspecting grooming, attire, and storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and managing inventories while monitoring dining rooms for safety and guest well-being. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. Follow all safety procedures, report accidents, and implement new ways to increase efficiency and cost-savings. Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain positive working relationships to support team goals.
