Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff collaborate for optimum service and guest needs by inspecting grooming, attire, and storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and managing inventory. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being while addressing service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees, serving as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow safety and security policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests according to company standards, thank them with genuine appreciation, and develop new ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
