Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work as a team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing storage areas with FIFO organization. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being while completing maintenance work orders. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and develop new ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
