Food & Beverage Supervisor

Ensure staff work as a team to meet guest needs, inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing storage areas using FIFO. Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being, while completing maintenance work orders. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Follow safety policies, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and identify ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
