Job Summary
Support the smooth running of the Bar, delivering guest service experiences to the highest levels and proactively improving guest satisfaction through timely responses to enquiries. Supervise the bar team to foster a culture of growth, development, and performance while building effective relationships with key stakeholders. Drive the delivery of departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control, ensuring adherence to all legislation and best practices for internal and external audit compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage service
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
